    For the purpose of confirmation, it is correct that all state government owned land (The State of Queensland, Represented by XYZ (SOQ)) is exempt from General Rate?

    Would there be scenarios that SOQ would be charged a General Rate?

    Hi Christina.  Once the Dept builds housing, a valuation is issued and we do charge general rates.
