Senior Exec Connect Village

This Village aims to support senior local government practitioners who form part of council executive leadership teams, heads of departments and other senior leaders responsible for leading significant areas of council operations.

The Village provides a confidential and collaborative forum for senior officers to connect with peers, share experiences and lessons learned, discuss strategic and operational challenges, receive updates on legislative and policy developments, and explore approaches to leadership, organisational performance and service delivery.

Relevant participants may include Executive Leadership Team members, Directors, General Managers, Department Heads, senior managers and other second-line leaders with significant organisational responsibility.
