| Compliance VillageThis Village aims to support local government officers working across compliance and enforcement functions within Queensland councils. The Village provides a forum to share information, discuss best practice and receive updates on legislative, policy and operational matters affecting council compliance activities. It provides an opportunity for officers to discuss common challenges and approaches to risk-based regulation, investigations, enforcement and community education. Relevant roles may include Compliance Officers and Managers, Planning and Building Compliance Officers, Plumbing and Stormwater Compliance Officers, Development Compliance Officers, Traffic and Parking Officers, Land and Lease Compliance Officers, Permit and Licence Officers, Infringement and Enforcement Officers, Investigators and officers involved in community safety and temporary entertainment event compliance.
