Great discussion on Friday and excellent to see so many attend.

COVID was obviously the big topic of conversation  with management of essential workers and their definition (see attachment provided by Michelle Clarke of Balonne) top billing.  Interesting to see what councils are doing and Scenic Rim pushing ahead on mandatory vaccine status disclosures.  

Most councils looking to redeployment or leave without pay for non-vaxxed in vax-mandated roles.  Some have moved to show-cause as last resort.

EBAs also of interest and push towards single agreement getting more or less traction depending on area.  Mackay had an interesting QIRC directions hearing on this.
