SUPPORTING THE PROFESSIONALS SHAPING QUEENSLAND COMMUNITIES

People and Culture Village

This Village aims to support local government officers with responsibility for the People and Culture functions of Queensland councils, including human resources and organisational development.  This Village utilises the expertise across the sector to ensure Queensland councils offer quality employment opportunities, are growing great people and that the sector has a reputation as being a great place to work.

The Village is a place to get together, share information, get updates on the latest legislation and policies as well as new tools available to assist councils in managing their people processes.

We trust that you derive value from the interactions and information shared via this forum.

Note: LGMA Exchanges are available at no cost to officers of subscribing councils.
