MRC will from May 2024 be charging our rate payers $3 for issuing their council notices via post.  This being an encouragement to sign up for eNotices.  I see a couple of Qld Councils are already charging for same, but are concerned we may be breaching an element of the Human Rights Act 2019.   Thoughts??
