Hi everyone, do any Council's have a policy that provides their strategic position on what/when they will use external funding for? It doesnt appear many Councils do have a copy on their website so wanted to check. Im assuming most Council's just manage it through a procedure but how do you then set expectations with Councillors and staff (given the need to align with strategic goals, budgets and resource planning). Thoughts? If you have a policy would you be willing share with me? (as we are considering developing a policy here at Ipswich City Council)
