I would be interested to know what other Council's processes are around waiving of fees and charges.
Here at MRC the Corporate Governance Team is responsible for a manual process around waiving of fees and charges and we would like to make this more streamline. It would be appreciated if you could share processes, systems on how you may manage this?
Also do you do regular reporting to the CEO & Executive and Audit Committees?
