Feedback is invaluable on the journey of self-development and professional advancement but many of us struggle with making our feedback valuable. Giving feedback can be a difficult task and this webinar examines some common errors when giving feedback, how to give helpful feedback and barriers to feedback in the workplace. Using the Situation Behaviour Impact model to format feedback, examine some simple mindsets that will take your feedback skills up a notch.
