Young Officers Network
This network has been created to provide young officers in local government a space to connect with peers navigating the local government career path.
The goal of this network is to foster relationships, collaborate with other councils and share resources.
This exchange is run by LGMA's young officers and is designed for officers under 35 to attend.

This exchange will feature a presentation on Public Speaking skills from the LGMA Training Team. Elevate your speaking prowess with our beginner-friendly public speaking essentials. This presentation is designed to equip you with practical tips and techniques to build confidence and conquer your nerves.
Following this presentation there will be time for general discussion lead by the Young Officer's Network Committee Members - Stephanie Ludwig and Shaun Jorgensen.
