Young Officers Network
This network has been created to provide young officers in local government a space to connect with peers navigating the local government career path.
The goal of this network is to foster relationships, collaborate with other councils and share resources.
This exchange is run by LGMA's young officers and is designed for officers under 35 to attend.
Agenda:
Hear from Kristen Mead, LGMA's Manager Training and Development, about Personal Goal Setting. She will help you discover how to generate focus and momentum towards your personal/career goals and uncover your blueprint for identifying and building clear objectives to drive action and growth.
After this presentation there will be time for a general discussion.
