Seeking and accepting feedback for performance improvement Webinar

Feedback is a gift but it is one which is often not taken full advantage of.  This workshop will encourage you to seek the feedback you need to improve your performance, interactions with others and reputation.  You will discover techniques for requesting feedback from colleagues, superiors and direct reports.

You will then explore how to take on that feedback and respond to the gift of others’ perceptions and views, even where these may be critical.   The ability to seek and accept feedback has many benefits including to foster growth, improve relationships and create a positive work environment.
