Do you struggle not to go on the attack when challenged?  Or perhaps your default approach is to withdraw?  In this workshop, you will learn strategies to manage your reactions, reframe your perceptions and navigate challenging conversations with grace.  

Offering techniques to ensure you stop taking offense and simultaneously build increased resilience in your interactions, this workshop will enhance your emotional intelligence and allow you to enjoy a more balanced, positive outlook.
