Building Psychological Safety
Psychological safety is an important part of creating teams where people feel comfortable speaking up, asking questions, raising concerns and admitting mistakes. For managers and supervisors, creating this environment can support better communication, learning, accountability and team performance.
This webinar will explore what psychological safety looks like in a local government workplace and the practical role leaders play in building it. Consider how your leadership approach, team culture, expectations and responses to mistakes can either strengthen or undermine psychological safety, and learn practical strategies for encouraging openness, constructive challenge and honest conversations within your team.
