Maximising Your Influence as a Leader

Online Workshop

Join Dr. Tim Baker for an engaging programmme on how to enhance your influence with everyone you come in contact with.

Leadership is not defined by authority, position, or title.

It is defined by influence.

  • The moments when alignment is gained.
  • When resistance softens.
  • When stakeholders shift their position.
  • When competing priorities are reconciled.
  • When trust earns you permission to lead.

In complex organisations, influence is the difference between progress and paralysis.

Five Takeaways

By the end of this programme, participants will:

  • Understand the five core drivers of leadership influence — credibility, trust, clarity, reciprocity, and strategic positioning
  • Recognise how influence is built (or diminished) through everyday behaviour and decision-making
  • Apply practical influence frameworks to gain buy-in, navigate resistance, and shape outcomes
  • Build confidence influencing upward, across peers, and within their teams
  • Develop a 90-day influence strategy to strengthen their impact across key stakeholders
