This workshop will give you the chance to unpack why it is so important to onboard new staff effectively.  With 1 in 5 employees unlikely to recommend their workplace to their network after onboarding and 1 in 6 new hires leaving between 1-12 weeks, it is no wonder we need to ensure we get this right.  Join us as we explore what makes for an effective onboarding experience and ensure you increase employee retention, productivity and engagement.
