Driving a Customer Focused Culture in your Team (for Team Leaders)

Date: This is a three-part series designed for Frontline Council Team Leaders:

Part one: Tuesday 17 June

Part two: Wednesday 18 June

Part three: Thursday 19 June

Time: 10:00am - 11:20am

Cost: Entry from $330.00 (GST inclusive) per person for the three-part series - available to all Council Officers 

Entry from $550.00 (GST inclusive) for two people to attend the three- part series - available to all Council Officers

Course Content: 

Help create a customer-focused culture within your team by providing your Team Leaders with an understanding of the key drivers of customer-centricity within your organisation.

Learning Outcomes:  Participants will - 

    • understand key drivers of customer-centricity within an organisation
    • have language to help them discuss customer-centricity with colleagues across the organisation
    • have had the opportunity to review the current state
    • be equipped to take the next steps in implementing a plan to enhance the customer focus in their team.

    Please Note: Zoom details will be made available in your registration confirmation / notification.  Attendance is expected for all 3 sessions. This event will not be recorded.
